The Leatherman Wave Multi Tool Knife is an amazingly well crafted piece of kit and I use it frequently.  This high quality piece of kit is loaded with 18 different tools but to be honest I could probably get by with two or three of those, being the knife, pliers and believe it or not the little scissors.  Oh and I think I remember using the flat bladed screw driver once or twice.
